Mom's day visit to the hospital turns into another overnight stay again today. This time, it is her urinate problem affecting the kidney function. This is really not a new problem since her doctors have been watching it for some times. But it is getting to a point that it might cause more complication. So mom is staying at the UC hospital until the problem is resolved hopefully soon.

She is having some side effects from the chemotherapy already. Vomiting, diarrhea, and chill feeling are something we expected. With her urinate problem going now, these side effects (even are not too bad yet) are probably bothering her more now.

Her red blood cell counts are low. That is the main reason for her to visit the hospital to receive two units of blood transfusion today. She should feel much better after this.

She seems to have some bumps on the road of this cancer fighting. She definitely felt frustrated in this process. I still believe Lord is in control throughout this and continue to encourage her to trust Him in this difficult time.

Not only mom, but the whole family need to focus on Lord!
