I don't update mom's status usually for two reasons: One is that nothing really changed on her status, the other one is that too many things are going on for her and I just don't have time to update. It is the second reason for lack of update in the last week.

We did celebrate moon festival and 6 birthdays last Saturday. But mom was brought back to ER of Edward Hospital later that night due to more vomiting. She is still in the hospital now. Her condition has been up and down since then. The 2nd chemo planned for today originally is postponed due to her weaker condition.

It is a really tough situation for mom and for us. All the problems/symptons she is having are related to cancer. While chemo is the only option for cancer treatment, it can also make mom even weaker. We have been fighting this battle with her in the last three months, and would do whatever we can to help her. But we might be at a point that we have to accept the hard cold fact - chemo is no longer an option for her,= no treatment to her cancer can be done. Her doctor will evaluate her condition and make that decision on a daily basis.

It has been like a nightmare in the last three months. I am almost speechless to describe my own feeling toward the situation. I can only trust Him for carrying mom and us through this.

Life is tough, but I still believe God is good - even in moment like this.
