Mom's 2nd chemo is postponed again for at least another two weeks due to her physical condition. She is also very nerves when she was in the hospital. She wasn't able to calm down until she cried out to Christ.

To maintain her physical condition is getting trickier. Her lower body is swollen probably due to lots of IV she received at Edward Hospital over last weekend. While we need to give her medicine to release the water from her body, we also have to be careful for her not to loss sodium and potassium too. So mom need to continue the IV to maintain her sodium level. We also need to inject potassium as the supplement too. While she needs to lying with her legs raised, we also need to 'force' her to move and walk to improve her body circulation. I don't know how we can do all these without causing more problem. Doctor will evaluate mom's condition on 10/6 and see if chemo is still an option for her. We are under Lord's mercy!

For those who read this blog regularly, please continue to pray for mom for her current condition improved, at least she would feel more comfortable. Please also pray for her care givers - we need the strength physically, mentally, and spiritually from Lord in this process.
